Dear Reader
Cabriolog is the result of my fascination with open-top cars – convertibles. Ever since I got my driver’s license, I wanted to buy a Mazda MX-5. Years passed, and the possibility of realizing this dream began to emerge on the horizon. For the first time, I had the opportunity to sit behind the wheel of a Miata. It was a huge surprise to find out that the stock Mazda NB is too small for someone of my height, which is 185 centimeters. My world came crashing down. I check ND… the same issue…
Convinced that the problem with choosing a car never existed, I emerged from under the rock and began to realistically analyze other convertibles. This resulted in continuously gathering information about them – from general to detailed aspects. From engine issues, accelerations, and reliability to availability in specific markets, service costs, driving experiences, and actual operating costs. Uncovering more and more curiosities – both good and bad – I thought it would be a good idea to have a place to gather them all. Adding to that the pen that I’ve held in my drawer all my life, I decided that creating a blog and passing on the gathered information while having fun could be a good idea.
So, welcome to Cabriolog
